We Love Our Donors!

Sam and Corona Manser

From time to time, we love to spotlight a particular donation. Recently, one of our members presented the Homeward Bound shelter with a Generac generator for backup power. This means there won't ever be an interruption of power during inclement weather. The volunteers won't have to worry if the lights go out and will be able to care for each animal in the air conditioned kennel. The gift was made in the memory of Sam and Corona, former rescues who have now crossed over the rainbow bridge. Donors Jim and Wendy said, "the donation is not specifically about Sam and Corona, but is made in their honor and to commemorate how our lives changed after bringing them into our home."
